The contract should state whether the engagement is outcome-, work-order- or staffing-based and assign employer and supervision responsibilities clearly.
The buyer and EasyFix should agree the identity, document, background, experience and programme-specific checks required for the work. No credential or verification status should be assumed; the final engagement should define the evidence and validity standard.
The buyer typically owns authoritative product content and technical boundaries. EasyFix's role can include structuring delivery, attendance, assessment and field references, subject to the programme design and approved materials.
Eligibility can consider job family, assessed product knowledge, prior relevant work, tool requirements, location, availability and any buyer-mandated checks. The criteria should be explicit and auditable within the agreed process.
Demand peaks can be modelled, but support depends on location, job complexity, lead time, training inputs and confirmed field capacity. Buyers should share scenarios early and agree a ramp plan rather than infer unlimited on-demand availability.
