How should a retail rollout handle different store formats?

Create a base standard, then group stores by meaningful variables such as format, fixture, access, landlord condition or product configuration. Each cohort should have the correct drawings, checklist and exception path.

Who signs off work completed at a store?

The buyer should identify the authorised role and acceptable evidence. Depending on the job, closure may require a store acknowledgement, photographs, checklist completion or central review; these are not interchangeable by default.
