Programme priorities
Validate addresses, operating hours, contacts, access conditions, covered spaces, assets or trades and any incumbent responsibility at each location.
Use preventive schedules for recurring checks and a triaged work-order path for unplanned faults, with distinct completion measures.
Document who may approve estimates, additional work, parts or consumables and how decisions are recorded against the job.
Plan communication, permits, escorts, shutdowns and handoffs when work affects employees, common areas or landlord-managed systems.
Use recurring faults, repeat visits and asset findings to identify where the buyer should adjust scope, schedule, replacement or specialist support.
Evidence to design for
Field evidence should support service review, approval, audit and root-cause work—not simply mark a ticket complete.

Explore solutionBuyer questions
The legacy EasyFix service model includes multiple handyman and maintenance categories, but the current proposal must confirm the exact trades, tasks, skills and locations. Specialist, statutory and high-risk work should be assessed separately.
They can be recorded and routed if the buyer wants one intake view, but responsibility and resolution should remain attributed to the landlord or authorised vendor. The service partner should not close a job merely because it was handed off.
Validate the estate, group comparable sites, choose a representative pilot, correct the workflow and then onboard controlled cohorts. Open backlog, local exceptions and incomplete asset data should be visible before each cohort starts.
Commercially it may, but the operating design should separate project installations, preventive tasks and reactive requests. Each stream needs its own scope, approvals, evidence, budget treatment and performance definitions.
A better field operation starts with the scope
EasyFix can help frame the scope, controls, evidence and mobilisation model around your workplaces & commercial sites estate.
